Undergraduate Research Student

I hope to gain a greater understanding of oceanography, specifically proteomics, and apply my in-class knowledge in the laboratory. Through Dr. Held's and her graduate students metorship I am excited to learn more laboratory skills and become more confident in the lab to prepare me for my graduate education.

I grew up in Los Angeles and my family and I always has pets! My goal has always been to help animals and the environment so I hope to pursue a career in marine biology or oceanography and fulfill my goal. I enjoy hiking, cooking, and going out with friends to cafes and restaurants!
